Are pets allowed in rental properties?

Small pets are allowed in some properties. Contact us to find out which properties are pet-friendly.

Do I have to rent for a month or more, or can I rent just for a few weeks at a time?

Most rentals are available for a month lease, though some of our owners are willing to rent for 2 week periods, contact us for more information on rental periods. Check-in begins at 12:00 Noon. Late check-in is anything after 3:00 PM.

Can you send me updates on rental listings?

Can I find affordable houses near the water?

What's the best time to start looking for a summer rental?

Summer rentals go fast, so its best to start looking in the fall of the previous year. In many cases, rentals are booked 2-3 years in advance.
