Born and raised in Monmouth County, Noelle has witnessed a tremendous amount of change and growth that has transformed the Jersey Shore into one of the most sought-after destinations. After earning her Bachelor's degree in Event Management at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management, one of the top Hospitality programs in the world, Noelle was motivated toward working on the front lines of the Travel and Hospitality Industry. After traveling to over 20 countries from Asia to Europe she took a liking to the different styles of architecture along her travels. After spending some time in the Travel and Event Industry she knew her true passion was in the Real Estate Industry. By making the switch from Hospitality into Real Estate, Noelle will combine her creative and ambitious outlook from her past into her future with Clayton & Clayton Realtors.
