Shawn Clayton (left), a resident of Wall Township and owner of Clayton & Clayton Realtors in Bay Head, was recently invited to join record-breaking real estate broker, Fredrik Eklund (right), to tour some of the most coveted properties in New York City.
When Swedish TV star and record-breaking real estate broker, Fredrik Eklund picked 18 people to join him in New York City for a private tour of some of the most-coveted properties in the city, Shawn Clayton jumped at the chance. Mr. Clayton, a Wall Township resident and the owner of Clayton & Clayton Realtors in Bay Head, had previously been a part of the Million Dollar Mastermind program, which Mr. Eklund runs. The program connects real estate brokers to top-level performers in the field and gives strategies for creating a more successful business in the luxury homes market. Out of the 180 real estate brokers in the 7-week program, 18 were chosen to go to New York City to tour homes with Eklund.
From the restoration of a $9.9 million dollar 5-bedroom in the Apthorp, an historic building that dates from 1908 on the Upper West Side, to a striking modern Tribeca penthouse, Eklund provided access to the select group to structures that they would not have normally gotten to see.
Mr. Clayton, who covers many luxury and waterfront properties along the Jersey shore, says “Seeing these unique properties, understanding the level of marketing that goes into the developments, and hearing Eklund’s personal strategies for his success, has really broadened how I will think about my clients and marketing strategies moving forward. It was truly an inspiring experience.” - Story from the OC Star.
