    TEAM OPERATIONS COORDINATOR 

 

Gain first-hand experience in Luxury Real Estate and team operations. Real Estate Salesperson License is preferred. Pay is commensurate with experience. 

Job characteristics:

 
1. Administer team's calendar for licensed real estate agents; coordinate all showing requests, daily of team activities, meetings, reminders, and schedule appointments.
 
2. Operating as the main point of contact with sellers/clients for all scheduling matters.
 
3. Prepare material for Sunday Open Houses & Broker's OH Tours.
 
4. Maintain the team's rental property lease renewal database. 
 
5. Manage team's contact database.
 
6. Coordinate computer troubleshooting with company's IT department.
 
7. Restock offices supplies.
