The Jersey Shore real estate market is officially in full swing. From Spring Lake to S. Mantoloking, April brought a renewed wave of buyer energy and strong demand for luxury coastal living — a clear shift from the slower pace we saw earlier this year.

In Bay Head to South Mantoloking, the market made a notable comeback. Five homes closed in April, compared to just two the month before. Even more impressive, total dollar volume skyrocketed to $13.375 million, up from $2.23 million in March and more than double February's $6.38 million.
