And What A Year It's Been!
It’s hard to believe that 2015 is already set to come to a close, and what a year it’s been.
We consistently outsold the competition, closing an incredible 25 transactions with over $50 million in closed transactions year-to-date plus 8 pending transactions. Also successfully setting another record on the ocean in Mantoloking 1067 Ocean Avenue sold for $9,750,000. 2015 has been good to us.
So What's Next? On to 2016!
We intend to take the momentum we've built over the last year and carry it over into the new year. 2016 is set to be another impressive and record-breaking year for our team. As the real estate market across Monmouth and Ocean Counties along the Jersey Shore continues to build steam, we intend to break new ground and assist more and more clients with their real estate needs.
