Mantoloking Property: 1105 Ocean Ave.While the temperatures remain in an Arctic-like state, the Bay Head and Mantoloking real estate markets are definitely beginning to heat up.

With the mercury recently dipping to a frigid -3, there are many homes in Bay Head and Mantoloking that are currently being bought and sold.
